Food is good, but service could be better. A "thank you" instead of "here you go" would be a lot more appreciative.

Maybe they had an off day but my lunch break visit pissed me off today. I placed my order on the app. Showed up 5 mins late, Still had to wait 10 min to get food. Although I was not upset until I got back to work with no cheese and the smallest sandwich I've ever gotten at a which wich. Cheese was the first thing listed on the receipt. Murfreesboro location is where I go weekly, maybe I'm spoiled by them.

Normally we enjoy their sandwiches but today my sandwich was soggy and had way too much mustard and my wife's order was the wrong sandwich. How can you make the wrong sandwich when the order is right in front of you?

Order two subs, I had the Cuban and everything was fine. My wife ordered the pulled pork (pulled pork, pickled and coleslaw). Hers was a total mess. Certainly not pulled pork, but the same pork found on my Cuban with barely any sauce (come on this is Nashville at least try) tiny amount of sauce. No pickles or coleslaw. Why advertise it if you are not going to make it that way. We did add extra meat and got a drink, but 34$ that's a bit much. If it was fantastic and made properly by the overly surly staff it still wouldn't be worth it.... First time last time. Pay more attention to the unfavorable reviews the. The good ones.

If you're looking for a really good sandwich this is the place :) Skip Subway- order your sandwich online exactly the way you want it! A medium is at least the size of a footlong. I got a pesto mozzarella sandwich on wheat with spinach, tomatoes, and crushed red pepper. Made my day, and my night since the sandwich was huge ;) !

I'm a sucker for a good samich and always looking for the next great samich shop! It was my first time at Which Wich and what a cool concept yet simple at the same time! I had the Italian grinder and chose to have it hot (I loved having the option of hot or cold) with all the usual fixings that come on an Italian and my husband went w/ something different and had the turkey and stuffing w/ cranberry. I think he liked his but saw mine and wish he would of got something else. All in all it was good and if I lived here would go back because they have that hot/cold option.

Horrible, messy, disgusting Chicken Salad sandwich- and even worse service! I don't know why there was so much sauce on mine or lettuce, but they sure stuffed the sandwich up. I couldn't eat it without the bread breaking and it falling everywhere. You had one job that a monkey could have done. Don't stuff my sandwich to the point that I cannot eat it in public. This seems to be a common issue with Which Wich subs. The only reason why I am giving it a 2 is because the pricing is better than Panera and you get a bigger sandwich.

All I can say is if you haven't had the Caprese sandwich - you have to add it to your bucket list. For you non-Italians - it's a fresh tomato, basil and mozzarella dish named after the Isle of Capri. I got my on wheat with caramelized onions, mushrooms and garlic. Make sure to have it heated up. It is one heavenly sandwich for sure!! Such a clean, helpful store too if it's your first time trying it out. Love, love, love!!

I had a wonderful experience at which Wich . the store was very clean and the staff was helpful . the order was delivered in 6 minutes. i purchased the buffalo chicken. they did a good job of toasting the bun yet not burning the toppings. I was most impressed that at which which the children's menu seems to be the same quality food as the adult menu. i will definitely return!

I'm more of a local/Mom and Pop restaurant type of guy but Which Wich is a major exception for me. They really do things right. I love their sandwiches and I love their concept. I like a fully loaded sandwich so it's nice not having to spend the time telling them everything I want on it. I simply fill out what I want and hand it to them, I love it. The menu is huge and creative and every ingredient seems really high quality. This particular Which Wich has a friendly staff and the new computerized drink machine, dishing out over 100 types of soda I think. Great place, I'm really glad it's close to my work.

I went in here in a really bad mood, like ready to maim someone, so I guess it would be really easy to absolutely trash the place. But that would be pretty darn unfair, especially considering that the sandwich was pretty good. The set up is unique, but standardized throughout the chain. Once you've been to one Which Wich, you know the process for all of them. I've been to the locations downtown and in Cool Springs, as well. And the process works. You choose a bag pertaining to the sandwich you want, check the boxes for the "fixins" you want, pay and wait for you name to be called. Now the lady got my order wrong on the register, but I don't think that would have made any difference. But since I was in such a bad mood, I made a point to mention it. I ordered thee extra meat, so it was extra-delicious. But I've got no real complaints. Good food, decent service, good location. Probably the best place to get a sandwich in Mt. Juliet.

Pretty simple concept, but it is definitely one I would choose when I'm in the mood for a good sub. This concept was created by a Michigan State University grad, so I'm somewhat biased towards it (GO GREEN!!!!).
